We're not interested in the flash in the pan, social media, overnight sensations. We're interested in people that have dedicated their lives to a craft with authenticity, integrity, professionalism, and compassion. In turn, we bring those same values to our clients and the industry. There is no single path for everyone. Each person is unique and requires personal dedication and attention to guide and nurture a long and healthy career.

We have been producers, directors, writers, casting directors, and actors. We have seen almost every facet of television, film, and theater from contract negotiation, financing, production, distribution, and marketing. We have won dozens of awards for our work over the last twenty years.
We have been operating under the umbrella of Archway Pictures LLC since 2019 and recently incorporated in New York under 423 Management (DBA 423 Talent Management).
We only represent union actors. Currently do not accept unsolicited material and work on a referral only basis. Our best advice to actors who are looking for representation or to become union, make your own work, go to Casting Director workshops, find other actors to rehearse with and perform wherever you can. If you chase the work and the craft, we will find you.
Our Team
Brian Hedenberg, Founder/ Manager
Brian was one of the founders of Archway Pictures in 2001. Producers television pilots and directing independent films, Brian won dozens of awards in film festivals. He studied Liberal Arts and Business at the University of North Texas and Northlake College. He's worked in contract negotiation, distribution, production, and production financing for twenty years. After years of successfully guiding and helping acting friends in auditions, career advice, and contract negotiation, he opened 423 Talent Management with long time friend, Eliza Patterson.
Eliza Patterson, Manager
Eliza comes from a long career in theater having graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Washington. She performed in dozens of regional theater productions before moving to New York and working on television and film sets in production offices. Eventually, Eliza worked as an assistant and associate casting directed for independent films until she joined Brian at 423 Talent Management.
